I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this place truly deserves the recognition. My family and I moved from Ottawa about a year and a half ago, and growing up I had some horrible experiences at the dentist. I honestly didn’t know what to expect transitioning from a big city to a small town — but I’m SO glad we did. My daughter had never been to the dentist before, so I really wanted her first experience to be much better than mine. I booked her appointment after reading the reviews, hoping for the best. She was extremely nervous beforehand because she didn’t know what to expect. But when I tell you this kid walked out cool as a cucumber, it’s because every single staff member at Trenton Smiles was so kind from start to finish. They walked her through everything, answered all my questions, and made her feel completely safe and comfortable. Watching how amazing they were with her gave me the confidence to finally book my own appointment — something I had been putting off for an embarrassingly long time. There was zero judgment, just patience, kindness, and genuine care. It honestly felt like walking into a family home. For the first time, it felt like the dental trauma I had as a kid didn’t follow me into adulthood. Thank you, Trenton Smiles. Truly. 🙏

Trenton Smiles has a great team and takes very good care of you. Personally a big shout out to Jenny the Dental hygienist. She makes a cleaning appointment a great and amazing day.

My first impression Email this morning for a quote for an issue I was having, responded within an hour. Then had an appointment by the afternoon. From the Front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the Dr. Rajpara, everyone beyond friendly, calming, caring, each took the time to listen to my concerns and assisted in any way they could. After my visit today, I will be continuing to return for my regular dental care.

Came in with a tooth that had been damaged from a head-butt, and my regular dentist couldn’t see me for weeks. I called this office and they got me in almost immediately—even though I wasn’t a patient yet! From the front desk staff to Dr. Rajpara, everyone has been wonderful. They’re amazing with my kids and always supportive no matter what life throws at me. I couldn’t be happier with the care this office provides. Highly recommend!

Recently, I made the decision to find a new dental office. I was very unhappy with the quality of dental care I was receiving from my current dentist, and I needed a change. I thoroughly researched several dental offices, and read MANY reviews. After reading the reviews regarding Trenton Smiles Dental Office, I was thoroughly impressed with what everyone had to say so I decided to call and see if they were accepting new patients. Lucky for me...they were! From the very first phone call to my dental screening appointment, and lastly my cleaning appointment, I was thoroughly impressed by everyone I interacted with. I felt comfortable, they listened to all my concerns, asked important questions, and genuinly listened to all the information I gave them. My first experience was pleasant, thorough, and professional. I left feeling like THIS is what going to a dentist should feel like. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to switch. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with, and I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment. 5 stars across the board. If I could give you 10...I would! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant and comfortable!
